Uses
[1]As esterification agent for organic synthesis, as well as photographic drugs, medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffers, chemical reagent, meat preservation, pigments, leather tanning, and many other aspects.
[2]can be used for the system of chemical products, such as furan acrylic acid, acetic acid esters and chloroacetic acid and so on.
[3]The product as a flavoring agent, alleviate bad odors and prevent discoloration, also can be used as a seasoning sauce, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, surimi, sausage, bread, sticky rice cake, sour agents.  phosphates and other mixed-used to enhance the sausage, bread, cake and other sticky preservation of nature.
